Warranty Period

We believe in the products we've designed. All products made and sold by POGO Engineering include a 3 year warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Products are warrantied against defects during normal use. The warranty does not cover physical,water, or electrical damage outside of normal usage.

Warranty Claim

If you have a warranty claim, contact us to set up a return.

Warranties are processed in one of two ways.

• We can email a return label for you to ship the defected unit back, and a new one will be sent when we receive the return.

• We realize how inconvenient it is when equipment breaks down, and we know you want to get back up as soon as possible. When time is of the essence, we offer the option to have a replacement mailed immediately. The replacement will be shipped and a return label will be located in the package for you to send the old unit back. This option requires you to submit a payment method. If we do not receive the return within 30 days, you will be charged for the replacement.
